he starts the letter off with "I messed up
I owe you an explanation" he sounds like a duff
then he says he's separating the streaming and dvd's
and charge for both of them separately
after 13 paragraphs he says he has a longer explanation on his blog...and a video!
so come of the end of the month it's Netflix bye bye
