Oh, we are SOOOOO active here in the Bay Area.  We're bicycling.  We're jogging.  We're cross-fitting.  One thing we're doing is Go-Pro-ing which is about as vain as you can get working out.  Well, you could be doing aerobics in front of a mirror while wearing your leotard.  Mmmmmm.  Nice.

Today we hear from Chely Shoehart, Floyd the Floorman, and John Deer the Engineer, PLUS it's the return of the much loved feature WOW SCHATZ WOW where we look at the world of TRAVEL!

The next show we will hear from the amazing local band out of BENICIA called DEAD CAT HAT playing original music featuring ACCORDION, TROMBONE, BASS, DRUMS, and VOCALS.  Plus we'll hear from Benita, the Disgruntled Fiddle Player, and the Brewmaster!
